At Chicago Dental 312, we choose to remain out of network because we believe in practicing dentistry guided by ethics—not insurance mandates. Being independent allows us to make treatment decisions based solely on what’s truly best for our patients, without pressure to overtreat or upsell unnecessary procedures. We customize treatment that is designed for your mouth, your goals, and your budget. Many of our patients are surprised to find that they actually save money at our office, thanks to our conservative approach and refusal to push products or treatments they don’t need. It’s care with integrity, and compassion.

Understanding Out-of-Network Insurance

Chicago Dental 312 does not participate in any insurance networks or managed care plans, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use your insurance here.

We work closely with patients to help them take full advantage of their out-of-network dental benefits.

Here’s What That Means for You:

• You can still use your insurance at our office.
• We file claims on your behalf to help you receive any eligible reimbursements.
• We set our own fees — not pre-negotiated rates from third-party plans.
• You receive the treatment that’s truly best for your oral health, without insurance companies influencing your care.

Because we are out-of-network, our fees remain the same for everyone — regardless of your insurance plan. This also means we’re never incentivized to over-treat or recommend unnecessary procedures based on reimbursement rates. Your treatment plan is always designed with your health, your goals, and your long-term dental wellness in mind.

What to Expect:

Insurance plans vary, and most dental policies have an annual maximum benefit — often around $1,000–$2,000 per year. We will review your plan, explain your benefits, and help you understand what coverage you can expect.
